Return & Refund Policy

At Thodupuzha Orchid Garden, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our seeds and related products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Seeds are perishable, and for quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened seed packets.
  1. Non-returnable Items
  • Perishable goods such as seeds (if the packaging is opened).
  • Discounted or sale items are non-returnable.
  • However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item being delivered to the customer, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact the customer to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at [email address] with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the product.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  • When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or damaged.
  • In this case, we will reship a new item or issue a refund after inspecting the item. And, the customer shall be liable to return the product as per our return policy (mentioned above). The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion.
  • In case of a damaged product, the shipping cost shall be paid by the Company.
